Rail Vehicle Maintenance Services in Poland

This contract involves the maintenance and repair of four electric multiple units (EMUs) of the EN64 series (type 40WEa). The contractor will perform a Level 4 maintenance inspection (P4) on vehicles EN64-004, EN64-006, EN64-007, and EN64-008, following the guidelines set out in the Maintenance System Documentation. Additional work beyond the standard maintenance scope may be required, as identified by the contractor during the P4 inspections. Optional work may also be performed under the Right of Option specified in the contract. The contractor is responsible for preparing technical documentation for the vehicles, including updates to existing documents and providing the buyer with a license for the created documentation. Site visits for potential contractors will be organized from August 6 to August 15, 2025, at the PTE Kraków "Koleje Małopolskie" facility. Interested parties can register for the site visit through the buyer's procurement platform or via email. Costs related to the site visit are the responsibility of the contractors.
