Construction Works for Gerberstraße Elementary School Expansion

The project involves construction work at the Gerberstraße Elementary School located at Gerberstraße 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath, on the eastern edge of the historic town center. The work includes structural construction on three existing buildings following the completion of hazardous material remediation, as well as the construction of an extension. The gross volume of the extension is approximately 4,050 cubic meters. The school buildings are completely vacant, with the exception of the gymnasium, which will remain operational during the construction.
