Construction of a Kindergarten in Sękocin

This contract involves the construction of a 10-classroom kindergarten in Sękocin, located on plot number 27/1 in the Sękocin Nowy district. The project includes the demolition of the old kindergarten and the development of necessary technical infrastructure, such as water supply connections, sewage systems, stormwater drainage, and electrical connections. Additionally, it encompasses the installation of geothermal heat pumps and site development, which includes building sidewalks, a parking lot, an outbuilding, a playground, and landscaping. All demolition work specified in Decision 402/2025 dated March 19, 2025, must also be completed. The technical specifications of the building are as follows: total volume of 12,753.90 m³, building area of 1,316.00 m² (including the main building of 1,301.90 m² and an outbuilding of 15.00 m²), total usable area of 1,225 m², building height of 13.40 m, three above-ground floors, one underground floor, and dimensions of 62.00 m by 36.72 m. The investment is located at 20 Sękocińska Street, Sękocin Nowy, in the Raszyn municipality, on plot number 27/1. The scope of the investment also includes plot number 134/3 (county road number 3 125W, Sękocińska Street), where the water supply and stormwater drainage connections will be constructed.
