Construction Supervision Services for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego Project

This contract involves providing construction supervision services as a Proxy Investor for the project titled 'Comprehensive execution of all construction and installation works at the headquarters of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 7 in Warsaw.' The construction and installation works began in 2022 and are still ongoing. The previous contractor's public procurement contract was terminated in 2025, and currently, another entity is providing interim supervision. The selected contractor will be responsible for continuing the supervision and managing the investment comprehensively. The investment is based on project documentation developed by JEMS ARCHITEKCI Spółka z o.o., located in Warsaw. The construction contract was signed on August 30, 2022, with DORACO Construction Corporation.
