Construction Work for Heating Systems in Däniken

This contract involves the installation of heating systems for the SBB project at the Däniken Maintenance and Intervention Center (EIZ). The existing quick goods hall in Däniken will be expanded and modernized into a Maintenance and Intervention Center for approximately 200 employees. The facility will include a large storage hall with tracks and loading ramps, workshops, office spaces with meeting rooms, living quarters with kitchen/living areas, technical rooms, and more. The work will be submitted as individual performance contracts and divided into various procedures. This submission includes heating systems, which consist of: - Heating center with groundwater heat pump (using natural refrigerants) - including pipes and groundwater pumps to the site-specific groundwater boreholes - connection to the site-specific climate ceilings - radiators and pipes for other heated areas. Suppliers are encouraged to review the details and submit their proposals by the deadline.
