Medical Equipment Lease for Bariatric Surgery

This contract involves leasing medical equipment along with the supply of disposable items used for bariatric surgeries in the Operating Room for a period of 24 months. Detailed specifications can be found in the assortment and pricing form, which is Annex 7 to the Terms of Reference, and in the draft contract terms, which is Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference. The contract consists of 3 packages, and partial bids are allowed. However, the bid must be complete for the selected package. Failure to include even one item from the assortment in the package for which the bid is submitted will result in the rejection of that package's bid.
