The contract involves the construction of renewable energy installations in the municipality of Zelów. This includes the preparation of project documentation on eco-friendly paper (made from recycled materials, natural gray-beige color, unbleached, certified such as EU Ecolabel). The contractor must provide proof that the paper used is eco-friendly upon request. The project consists of two parts: Part 1 - Photovoltaic installations: 98 photovoltaic systems to be installed on private buildings in Zelów; Part 2 - Heat pumps: 52 heat pumps to be installed on private buildings in Zelów. The buyer guarantees that at least 70% of the order will be fulfilled. The project will be executed under a 'design and build' system. The selection of the power of the photovoltaic installations and heat pumps was based on the building's area and estimated heat demand. The buyer does not have energy audits for the buildings designated for the installation of photovoltaic systems and heat pumps. The contractor will be responsible for the correct selection of the systems. The contractor is required to perform necessary energy calculations for the buildings using dedicated software, and the selection of the power of the photovoltaic installations and heat pumps must be confirmed by an authorized distributor.
