Architectural Services for Building Renovation in Kaiserslautern

This contract involves architectural services for the renovation and modernization of Building 30 (Cafeteria) at RPTU Kaiserslautern. The contractor will be responsible for the planning of the building and interior spaces according to the specifications outlined in Section 3, Part 1 of the HOAI 2021. The work will cover performance phases 2-9, with specific tasks in phases 2 and 7. Additional responsibilities include creating a documentation of the existing building as per Section E 5 of the RLBau and monitoring the rectification of defects during the warranty period.
