Statistical Services for Research and Development

HUS-yhtymä (hereinafter referred to as HUS or the contracting authority) is requesting bids for statistical services. These services are needed for researchers and research groups. The details and requirements of the procurement are described in detail in the request for proposals and its attachments. This is a framework agreement with multiple service providers. A maximum of ten (10) service providers will be selected for the framework agreement. A priority order will be established among the selected service providers based on the evaluation criteria specified in the request for proposals. During the contract period, orders will generally be made in accordance with the priority order. Ordering and exceptions are described in more detail in the attachment "Attachment 2 Service Description". The planned contract period is a fixed term of two (2) years from January 15, 2026, to January 14, 2028. After this, the contract may be extended for an additional two (2) year option period. The estimated value of the procurement is 600,000 euros (excluding VAT). This is an estimate, and the contracting authority is not committed to the stated euro amounts or the consumption amounts indicated in the request for proposals. The final order quantities may be larger or smaller than those indicated.
