Thermal Energy Meters for Modernization

The contracting authority, Compania Municipala Termoenergetica Bucuresti S.A., is seeking to purchase high-quality thermal energy meters with nominal diameters ranging from DN 15 mm to DN 150 mm and permanent flow rates between Qp 0.6 mc/h and Qp 150 mc/h. This procurement aims to modernize the existing meter park to comply with legal requirements set by regulatory authorities (BRML, ANRE, etc.) as per Government Decision no. 711/2015, amended by Decision no. 486/2016. The meters must ensure high metrological protection, instilling confidence in measurement results, and must be designed and manufactured to high-quality standards in both measurement technology and result safety. Suppliers must adhere to the specifications outlined in the Terms of Reference. Key deadlines include: A. Suppliers may request clarifications or additional information up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline. B. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests within 12 days before the bid submission deadline. C. Only requests for clarifications submitted by suppliers before the established deadline will be addressed.
