Language Courses for Employees of VZP Czech Republic (2025-2027)

This public procurement contract involves providing foreign language instruction to employees of the contracting authority through individual and group courses. The courses can be conducted either in-person at the contracting authority's workplaces or remotely (online) outside of the contracting authority's premises. Each course consists of 60 minutes of language instruction per week. The aim of these language courses is not to prepare participants for standardized language exams recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, nor are they one-year language courses with daily instruction provided by educational institutions recognized by the Ministry. The language instruction will focus on the following languages: English and German, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The expected ratio of language instruction sessions is: 80% English and 20% German. A framework agreement will be concluded with the selected participant according to § 131 and following of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as the 'Framework Agreement' or 'Contract'). During the validity of the Framework Agreement, the contracting authority anticipates the following scope and locations for language instruction: The language instruction will be conducted at a rate of 1 lesson per week (with each lesson being a 60-minute teaching segment). The expected number of individual courses is 10, and the expected number of group courses (up to 10 participants) is 5. The locations for fulfilling the public procurement contract are the contracting authority's workplaces in České Budějovice, Plzeň, Písek, and Karlovy Vary.
