Munich Airport Winter Service Building Expansion

This contract involves the expansion of the existing Winter Service Building at Munich Airport. The project includes the construction of a new wooden structure to provide rest and break rooms for employees. Additionally, the existing building will be renovated to create office spaces, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities. The entire Winter Service Building will be two stories high. The construction site is located on Nordallee within the airport premises. Public areas will be separated from security areas by a construction safety fence, and the work will be classified as a business-sensitive area. All construction activities will take place outside the airport's security zone, and access will be available via a separate construction entrance on Nordallee. However, the construction will occur close to the security fence. The main tasks include the installation of ventilation systems.
