Laboratory Reagents and Equipment Rental

This contract involves the supply of laboratory reagents, consumables, and accessories for blood collection, along with the rental of four critical parameter analyzers and an information system to monitor these analyzers. The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts, and therefore, partial bids are not allowed. The reason for not dividing the order is that the reagents are a compatible part of the equipment necessary to ensure the required quality of test results and periodic external and internal quality control, which the contracting authority is obligated to maintain. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1A to the Terms of Reference (Description of the subject of the contract - Summary of required and assessed parameters) and in Annex 1B to the Terms of Reference (Assortment and price form), which are integral parts of the Terms of Reference.
