Sweden – Various Gifts and Decorations

This procurement is for the delivery of physical gifts as specified in the procurement documents and accompanying attachments. The purpose of this procurement is to ensure access to suitable gifts for various internal and external occasions within the Region's operations. The gifts will be used for events such as employee departures, retirements, and external visits, including study visits and lectures. The procurement also includes gifts for blood donors and Christmas presents for employees. Region Västmanland currently has approximately 7,000 employees. Region Sörmland and Folktandvården Sörmland will mainly be involved in giveaways, printed materials, and possibly some gifts in the contract. The supplier must be able to offer a range of products that meet the Region's needs regarding quality, price, and delivery reliability in accordance with tax authority regulations and the Region's guidelines. The buyer intends to sign a framework agreement with one (1) supplier.
