Emergency Power Supply Equipment for Local Government

The contract involves the supply and installation of two uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and two generators, along with necessary modifications to the existing electrical installation at the Komorniki Municipal Office and the Social Assistance Center. The contractor is responsible for delivering the UPS units, disposing of the existing UPS, providing the generators, and completing the electrical installation as specified in the contract annex. The supplied equipment must be brand new, complete, and free from defects, with user documentation in Polish and CE certification. The contractor must also train up to five staff members on the operation of the new equipment. Detailed requirements and conditions for the contract execution are outlined in the contract documents. The contractor may subcontract parts of the work but remains responsible for the subcontractors' performance. A site visit is mandatory before submitting a bid, and the contractor must have liability insurance for the duration of the contract.
