Fire Trucks Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of three medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicles equipped with a module for removing windfall and flood effects. The contract is divided into two parts: Part I involves the delivery of one medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle, while Part II involves the delivery of two such vehicles. There are no restrictions on the number of parts a single contractor can bid for or be awarded. Each vehicle must meet specific requirements, including compliance with Polish road traffic laws and regulations for special vehicles. The vehicles must be new, equipped with emergency signaling devices, and include various firefighting equipment. A detailed description of the contract is available in Annex 1. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement if public funds are not allocated.
