AV Equipment Modernization for Jagiellonian University

The Jagiellonian University is seeking a contractor to modernize the audiovisual (AV) equipment in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law and Administration. The project includes the supply of various AV equipment, such as: 2 multimedia projectors, 1 video matrix with a control unit, 2 control tablets, multiple HDMI transmitters and receivers, a lighting controller, 2 PTZ cameras with mounts, camera extenders, audio interfaces, USB hubs, a set of wireless microphones, a trigger, an audio DSP processor, and 2 LAN switches, along with 4 digital audio panels. Additionally, the contractor will provide user training in two parts: general operation and technical maintenance for 5 people, totaling 3 hours. The project also involves upgrading existing cabling to accommodate new devices and performing necessary installation work to set up and activate the system. All work must comply with the tender documentation, the requirements of the installed systems, the specifics of the facility, and applicable engineering standards. The new equipment must be fully integrated with existing solutions in the Auditorium, particularly regarding control and signal exchange. The contractor must ensure that the installation does not degrade the functionality or operation of the current AV system. Upon completion, the contractor is required to provide the user with as-built documentation in both paper (3 copies) and electronic (PDF) formats, detailing functional descriptions, routing, used components, layout drawings, and connection diagrams. A minimum warranty of 36 months for the supplied equipment and work is required. Detailed technical specifications and minimum parameters are included in Annex A of the tender documents.
