Romania – Police Uniforms – Leather Shoes

The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of products for each lot separately, for a period of 24 months, with a single economic operator, without re-competition, consisting of the purchase of: Lot 1: - Men's leather shoes: minimum 500 and maximum 30,000 pairs, according to the technical specifications attached to the terms of reference; Lot 2: - Women's leather shoes: minimum 500 and maximum 15,000 pairs, according to the technical specifications attached to the terms of reference; The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: Lot 1: - Men's leather shoes: minimum 50 and maximum 5,000 pairs; Lot 2: - Women's leather shoes: minimum 50 and maximum 3,000 pieces; The value of the largest subsequent contract will be: • 1,500,000.00 lei excluding VAT for Lot 1; • 900,000.00 lei excluding VAT for Lot 2; The delivery term for the products for all lots is 4 months from the date of signing the subsequent contract by the last party, except for the subsequent contracts concluded for equipping graduates of military schools (for a maximum quantity of 500 pairs) which will have a delivery term of 2 months. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests have been submitted within the specified time at SECTION I, namely 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as follows: – Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 19; – Deadline for the authority's response to requests for clarification/additional information – the 11th day; To respect the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of transmitting requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation/answers formulated in the case of conducting public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public upon the authority's response!
