Project Preparation and Cost Estimation for the Reconstruction of the Veterans' House in Olomouc

This contract involves the preparation of project documentation for construction modifications related to the reconstruction of hospital departments located in the Veterans' House. The building is primarily used for healthcare inpatient departments (long-term care, intensive care, detoxification, emergency station, rehabilitation) and transportation services. It is a single-story building with partial use of the attic space for staff facilities and technologies necessary for the operation of the departments. Smaller spaces in the basement are also utilized for technological installations. The main design work will focus on creating new installation systems (water, sewage, medical gases, electrical wiring, and HVAC), networking for IT distribution, and providing Wi-Fi coverage and a security camera system throughout the building.
