Consulting Services for Business Development

The Government of Åland has initiated a change project aimed at modernizing, digitizing, and streamlining its administration. This project involves reviewing and developing existing processes to create a more responsive organization that can better address current and future challenges. It includes mapping current routines and processes, followed by a systematic revision and development to ensure that the administration is sustainable and innovative. The assignment will result in a foundation for an information management plan for the public administration of the Government of Åland. The Government of Åland intends to request bids and sign a contract with one (1) supplier for the execution of process mapping for the administration.
