Medical Equipment Supply for Oncology Center

This contract involves the supply of medical equipment, specifically a cardiac monitor, defibrillator, and ECG machine, as part of a project to enhance outpatient specialist care and same-day treatment at the Oncology Center of Lublin. The contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 – Cardiac Monitor (1 unit), Part 2 – Defibrillator (1 unit), Part 3 – ECG Machine (1 unit). The supplier is required to deliver the equipment to the buyer's location, install and activate the devices, and provide necessary documentation including user manuals in Polish, warranty cards, and technical documentation for proper operation. Additionally, the supplier must conduct free training for the buyer's staff on the operation of the equipment, certified by a training protocol. Partial bids are allowed. Environmental considerations include using recyclable packaging materials and training on energy-efficient operation of the medical devices.
