Reconstruction of the Train Station Building in Cheb

This contract involves the reconstruction of the train station building in Cheb, a historic structure in operation since 1962. The project aims to fully restore the building, including the renovation of facades, interiors, and technological equipment. New parking areas for employees and the public will be created adjacent to the building. The reconstruction will also reduce the building's energy consumption, create new retail and administrative spaces, and repair valuable historical elements. Additionally, the interiors of the operational facility in Wolkerova Street will be renovated following the relocation of staff to the reconstructed train station building. The scope of work includes: a) construction according to the tender documentation, b) preparation of the construction execution documentation, c) development of as-built documentation in BIM format, including the geodetic part and documents for occupancy approval (describing deviations and documentation for building permits with marked deviations).
