Gas Analysis Equipment Supply for Air Quality Monitoring Project

This contract seeks suppliers for gas analysis equipment as part of an integrated approach to air pollution monitoring. The project aims to monitor air pollutants throughout the year in the Southern Banat region of Serbia and Timiș County, Romania. The analysis will provide a comprehensive understanding of all potential sources of air pollution in the cross-border area. This is the first time automated monitoring equipment will be used to track such a wide range of pollutants. Identifying all possible pollutants and their sources in the cross-border region represents an innovative approach that has not been previously utilized in air monitoring. Detailed technical specifications and requirements for each piece of equipment are provided in Form No. 8 within the documents: 7.1 Technical Proposal Form LOT 1, 7.1 Technical Proposal Form LOT 2, and 7.1 Technical Proposal Form LOT 3. These documents are integral to the Terms of Reference and are mandatory for bidders when preparing their proposals. The estimated total value of the procurement is 1,923,727.72 lei excluding VAT. The requested delivery time is 60 days, with a minimum product warranty period of 36 months. Any requests for clarification must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Clarifications can be requested up to 10 days before the proposal submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 6th day before the proposal submission deadline.
