Renovation of Underground Garage and Redesign of Marketplace in Sindelfingen

The city of Sindelfingen is undertaking a project to renovate the underground garage beneath the marketplace (TGM). This renovation involves replacing the waterproofing of the garage ceiling, which will require complete removal of the existing surface and construction of a new one. This project also presents an opportunity to completely redesign the surface of the marketplace itself. Additionally, the municipal utilities plan to renew and relocate several utility lines within the project area. The redesign of the marketplace will be carried out in three construction phases. Phases 1a and 1b correspond to the first phase of the garage renovation, while phase 2 aligns with the second phase of the garage work. This tender includes services related to outdoor facilities. It does not involve road construction but focuses on the design of public spaces and streets in a landscape architectural sense. This includes the demolition and disposal of existing structures and surfaces, alongside the garage ceiling. Only certain installations and smaller surface areas in adjustment zones to the existing structures will be reused. The work near the facade area presents particular challenges.
