Flooring Work for New School Building at Billwerder Straße 31

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties while considering educational needs and economic principles. The former school buildings at Billwerder Straße 31 have been demolished, and a new building for the Bille-Gymnasium is planned on the site. The new gymnasium will accommodate 3.5 classes and will consist of three construction bodies with redesigned outdoor facilities. One of these bodies, Project 21-0005, involves the construction of an individual building. This building will house administrative and teaching staff offices, as well as multifunctional spaces for the school (cafeteria, stage, music rooms) and additional classrooms. The building is designed as a four-story solid structure with a façade made of brick and a flat green roof equipped for a photovoltaic system.
