Animal Control Services in France

This contract is for the capture, transport, and care of stray, dangerous, or injured animals, as well as the collection of dead animals or animal matter on public roads within the territory covered by the purchasing group. The contractor must conduct these interventions in strict compliance with current legislation regarding animal protection and rabies health regulations. This consultation is part of a purchasing group that includes the municipalities listed in Annex 1 of the commitment act. The coordinator of the group is the SIVOM, which is responsible for the entire procurement process until notification. Each member is responsible for the execution of the service concerning their needs. The framework agreement does not set all contractual stipulations and will be executed exclusively through subsequent contracts by the group members. The annual estimated need is indicated in the Detailed Quantitative Estimate (DQE), except for certain services. However, the estimated quantity is not contractual.
