Expansion and Modernization of the Integrated Outpatient Clinic at Cluj-Napoca Infectious Diseases Hospital

This contract involves the expansion, modernization, and equipping of the Integrated Outpatient Clinic at Cluj-Napoca Infectious Diseases Hospital, covering phases 2, 3, and 4. The project aims to enhance the medical treatment and rehabilitation facilities by creating two therapy pools for children and adults, improving hydrokinetic therapy services. It includes the establishment of separate circuits for children and adults for various therapies (kinetotherapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, magnetotherapy, laser therapy, and massage), along with separate changing rooms, restrooms, showers, and lockers. Additionally, the project will create a state-of-the-art Integrated Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery, which involves a complete refurbishment of the fifth floor to increase the usable medical space and introduce three operating rooms for orthopedics/dermatology, general surgery, and gynecology, along with complementary functions for efficient operation. An external lift will be constructed to facilitate easy access for stretchers from the basement to the second and fifth floors. The building will undergo thermal rehabilitation, including the replacement of low-quality PVC windows with high thermal efficiency windows, restoration of the facade plaster, and internal thermal insulation to enhance energy efficiency without affecting the building's appearance. The project also includes furnishing and equipping the rehabilitated spaces with medical furniture and equipment. Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline, with the contracting authority responding to all requests 12 days before the submission deadline, allowing adequate time for suppliers to prepare their bids based on the provided clarifications.
