Framework Agreement for Roof Repairs and Renovations

This public procurement opportunity involves establishing a framework agreement for a fixed term of 36 months, starting from the date of its effectiveness. The framework agreement will set the conditions for the renovation and repair of roof structures on properties owned by the contracting authority or its subsidiaries. These renovations are essential for the subsequent installation of photovoltaic power plants (PV). The framework agreement will be signed between the contracting authority and up to eight suppliers. If the contracting authority cannot select the specified number of suppliers, it may enter into the framework agreement with a minimum of three suppliers who meet the procurement conditions. Public procurement based on the framework agreement will follow procedures without a renewed competition according to § 134 ZZVZ and procedures with renewed competition according to § 135 ZZVZ. Contracts for individual public procurements will be awarded without renewed competition for projects estimated to be below 5,000,000 CZK excluding VAT. However, the contracting authority may also award contracts through a renewed competition (mini-tender). Detailed conditions for awarding individual public procurements will be specified in the binding template of the framework agreement. Based on the framework agreement, individual public procurements will be awarded for the repair and renovation of roof structures to enable the subsequent installation of PV systems. The scope of work is detailed in the annexes of the framework agreement, including a list of individual tasks. Participants in the framework agreement must ensure the comprehensive execution of the requested work, including all necessary resources, materials, and equipment at their own expense and responsibility. The contracting authority anticipates awarding approximately 12 individual contracts based on the framework agreement. Each individual public procurement will be governed by contracts based on the template provided in the framework agreement.
