Supply and Upgrade of Radio Monitoring Equipment in Wrocław

The contract involves the supply of equipment, expansion, and modernization of the Preventive Monitoring System in Wrocław using the LMDS radio communication infrastructure. The contracting authority requires that the order be completed fully and in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ, SWZ, and contract conditions. The contractor must execute the order with due diligence, using proven, modern technologies and contemporary knowledge related to the subject of the order, while respecting all applicable legal regulations. The contractor must ensure that the offered devices are uniform (i.e., different models cannot be offered and delivered; devices must be identical within the model). To ensure compatibility, all supplied accessories and equipment must come from the catalog of accessories dedicated to the offered device model. The contractor is obliged to provide appropriate documents confirming the compatibility of technical solutions if the offered elements come from a different manufacturer than that of the device. All offered devices, equipment, and accessories must be commercially available, meaning they must be mass-produced and included in the current offerings of their manufacturers. The contracting authority requires that network cameras and network speakers be compatible with the Preventive Monitoring System in Wrocław, which operates on the integrated security platform Genetec Security Center. The contracting authority requires that all network devices (especially cameras and network switches) have a built-in configuration interface accessible via web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera) without the need for additional software or drivers. According to Public Procurement Law, the selection of equivalent devices is allowed concerning the devices indicated in this document as sample (reference) models with parameters not worse than those presented in the OPZ. At the bidding stage, the contractor is obliged to declare that the offered supplies and services meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority.
