Network Infrastructure Modernization and Upgrade

This public procurement contract involves the replacement of existing Ubiquiti access points and the expansion of existing Extreme Networks access points based on a study conducted by the contracting authority. This includes the installation of new Category 6 cabling from data distribution points located in various buildings (101 cables with a total length of approximately 4,800 meters). The project also includes the replacement of unsupported core and access switches and the creation of a modern network infrastructure based on software-defined networking principles. This will utilize network service virtualization methods, explicit automation through management or controllers, and implicit automation using dynamic routing protocols. The contract encompasses the installation, implementation, and configuration of the provided solution according to the technical specifications outlined in Appendix 6 of the procurement documentation. Additionally, it includes services related to the delivery, installation, configuration, setting up and consolidating rules and permissions associated with the delivery and its future operation in the contracting authority's technological environment, functionality verification, acceptance testing, and training for the contracting authority's IT administrators. Post-implementation support, standard warranty service, and support for the delivered hardware/software solution, as well as any additional services related to the aforementioned delivery in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements specified in the procurement documentation, are also part of this contract.
