Construction of Mixed-Use Development in Malling

The developer, STV Malling ApS and STV Malling Entreprise ApS (collectively referred to as 'the Developer'), is seeking to construct a mixed-use development on the property located at Starupvej 20B, 8340 Malling, Aarhus Municipality. This construction is part of the implementation of local plan no. 1015, which mandates the establishment of public housing. The Developer will build public housing for Alboa - Almen boligorganisation Aarhus, a housing organization currently being established ("ALBOA"), following a delegated developer model. ALBOA's project is planned to be part of a larger construction initiative that also includes the development of 76 private residences, parking for cars and bicycles, and communal areas. The interconnected nature of the construction necessitates close collaboration between the Developer and ALBOA. The Developer and ALBOA will enter into a collaboration agreement for the construction, a purchase agreement for ALBOA to acquire part of the property and the necessary building rights for ALBOA's project, and a total contractor agreement obligating the Developer to act as the managing contractor for ALBOA's construction. ALBOA's project is expected to have an eligible area of 1,496 m2 and will consist of 20 public housing units distributed across 2 residential blocks. It is important to note that the agreements are interdependent, and ALBOA intends to enter into the purchase agreement with STV Malling ApS, which is a company affiliated with STV Malling Entreprise ApS, while the collaboration and total contractor agreements will be made with both STV Malling ApS and STV Malling Entreprise ApS.
