Focus Groups for Digital Accessibility

Inera AB is inviting suppliers to submit bids for a framework agreement to conduct focus groups aimed at enhancing digital accessibility. The selected supplier will collaborate with Inera to plan and execute co-creation activities designed to develop digital services that are perceived as accessible and user-friendly by individuals with high demands for simplicity and clarity. These activities will serve as a replacement or complement to traditional user testing methods. The total value of the contract is 3,000,000 SEK, and the deadline for submissions is August 22, 2025.
