Renovation and Reconstruction of Station 103 at Bremen-Ost Hospital

Gesundheit Nord gGmbH is seeking services for the renovation and reconstruction of Station 103 on the 10th floor of Building 64 at Bremen-Ost Hospital. This project follows the successful completion of the renovation of Stations 101 and 102, which were transformed into large stations and finished in November 2021. The goal of the renovation and reconstruction of Station 103 is to create an organizational connection and integration with the large station. The large station currently includes 13 single rooms, 15 double rooms, and 2 triple rooms, totaling 49 beds. The renovation of Station 103, which will be adapted to Station 101, aims to add 14 double rooms and 1 triple room, resulting in a total of 31 additional beds. Consequently, Stations 101, 102, and 103 will collectively provide 80 beds.
