Architectural Design Services for Gościnna 12

This contract involves the development of multi-disciplinary design and cost documentation for thermal modernization (including insulation), renovation, reconstruction, and land development for a building located at Gościnna 12 in Gdańsk. Key tasks include: 1) Preparing comprehensive design and cost documentation for thermal modernization, renovation, and changes in usage, including the design of construction facilities; 2) Developing documentation for land development, ensuring connectivity with neighboring plots; 3) Obtaining necessary administrative decisions for construction work from the relevant architectural and construction administration authority; 4) Performing a one-time update of investment cost estimates; 5) Providing author supervision to ensure compliance with the project during construction and to discuss potential alternative solutions proposed by the construction manager or inspector.
