Supply of Laboratory Equipment for a New Biochemical Laboratory

This contract involves the supply of laboratory equipment for a new biochemical laboratory intended for students. The equipment required includes: 1. Universal fraction collector – 2 units. 2. Cell counter – 1 unit. 3. Bench-top laboratory centrifuge – 2 units. 4. Centrifuge – 1 unit. 5. Vertical electrophoresis set – 1 unit. 6. Mini bench-top centrifuge – 1 unit. 7. Water bath with accessories – 1 unit. 8. Water bath – 1 unit. The supplier is responsible for the delivery, installation, commissioning, and training on the equipment at the designated location. All costs related to the execution of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk, commissioning, and training, are to be borne by the contractor. The delivery location is Wrocław University of Technology, F-4, 50-344 Wrocław, Gdańska 7/9, room c2. Detailed descriptions of the equipment for tasks 1-8 can be found in the respective attachments. The contractor must include all necessary devices, hardware, and software controllers to meet the functional requirements of the contract. If any specifications are unclear, the contractor must ask questions before submitting their offer. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the funds intended for the contract are not granted. The contractor is bound by their offer for 90 days from the submission deadline. The offer must include various documents, including a completed offer form, declarations, and evidence confirming compliance with the requirements.
