Engineering Services for Energy Renovation of Residential Buildings in Pleven

This contract involves the design, construction, and supervision of energy renovation for multi-family residential buildings in the municipality of Pleven. The project is approved for funding under the procedure "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of the Residential Building Fund - Stage I". The work includes preparing an investment project at the technical project phase, carrying out necessary construction, and providing supervision during the construction phase. The execution will be through engineering, which encompasses three main activity groups: 1. Activities related to the development of the investment project at the technical project phase, including any conditions, consequences, or additions; 2. Activities related to supervision during the construction and assembly works; and 3. Activities related to the execution of construction and assembly works for the realization of the project.
