Open House Discount Contracts for Leuprorelin in Germany

This is not a standard procurement process but an open-house model for pharmaceutical companies. The AOK Bayern intends to establish non-exclusive discount agreements for the drug Leuprorelin (ATC L02AE02) with all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the specified eligibility criteria. The contracts will start on October 1, 2025, and end on September 30, 2027. Companies can enter into contracts at any time during this period, but no later than August 3, 2027. Contracts can be terminated with one month's notice at the end of the month. If a nationwide or state-specific discount contract for the same drug is established, the open-house agreements will automatically become void for the corresponding duration. Interested pharmaceutical companies must submit a completed and signed declaration of reliability along with the contract and a specific attachment detailing the drugs involved. Documents can be submitted either in handwritten form or electronically with a qualified electronic signature. Handwritten documents must be sent in duplicate to the specified address, while electronic submissions should be made through the designated procurement portal. Companies can request access to the procurement documents through the portal, which are confidential and only available to potential pharmaceutical partners.
