Procurement of Vehicles for Waste Management

This contract involves the purchase of two N3 category vehicles through a sales agreement, divided into two parts: 1. Part one includes the procurement of one new N3 category chain container exchange vehicle (19t – 4X4). 2. Part two includes the procurement of one new N3 category sewage suction vehicle with a minimum tank volume of 7.5 m3 (19t – 4X4). Only new vehicles are eligible for this contract, defined as vehicles that have not been registered in Hungary or abroad and have a maximum mileage of 1000 kilometers at the time of delivery to the buyer. Bidders must comply with applicable legal regulations, technical standards, and relevant European directives during the bidding and contract execution. The vehicles must meet the technical requirements for the registration and maintenance of road vehicles as per the 6/1990. (IV.12.) KöHÉM regulation. Upon delivery, the following documents must be provided: EC compliance declaration, occupational safety inspection certificate, registration certificate, warranty documentation, and operation and maintenance manual.
