Medical Equipment Supply for New Department Construction at Constanța County Emergency Hospital

This contract involves the supply of medical equipment and facilities for the construction of a new building dedicated to the Mother and Child Health Department at the Constanța County Emergency Hospital. The project is funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Program, with a financing contract number SP 79/1/20.04.2023. The procurement is divided into 68 lots, and any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information exclusively through the SICAP platform. Requests for clarifications can be made up to 21 days before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 160, paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law 98/2016. Responses to these requests will be published on SICAP 11 days before the offer submission deadline, as per Article 161, paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will not respond to requests made through other communication methods or after the established deadline.
