Software and IT Systems for Improving E-Service Efficiency in Cisna

The contract involves the delivery of devices and software, including configuration and implementation, to enhance access to e-services as detailed in Annex 1 of the SWZ. The contract is divided into two parts: Part 1 includes the delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware and software, such as database software, server software, virtualization software, backup software, servers, storage arrays, firewalls, central logging systems, computer sets with software, laptops, UPS, generators, LAN switches, installation and configuration (hardware platform), cybersecurity monitoring and analysis software, IT infrastructure management software, and Type I TiK training. Part 2 involves the delivery and implementation of eBOM along with all applications, including eBOM (electronic Resident Service Office), mobile applications, domain-specific software, document circulation, e-education, ePszok, environmental monitoring, website modification - WCAG 2.1, integration (public e-service platform), installation and configuration (public e-service platform), GIS resource digitization, and Type II TiK training. The contracting authority allows partial bids for selected parts.
