Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion in Cieniawa, Poland

This contract involves the expansion and renovation of the existing wastewater treatment plant "Ptaszkowa" in Cieniawa. Key tasks include: 1. Renovating the existing treatment plant building (Building B) to modify the layout and functions of technical and technological rooms while maintaining current technology. 2. Constructing a new Biological Reactor building (Building A) with technological and technical rooms, also maintaining current technology. 3. Building a new tertiary screening building (Building C). 4. Constructing a foundation slab for the biofilter (Building D). 5. Installing air deodoration systems with a biofilter. 6. Building stormwater drainage systems. 7. Constructing sanitary sewage and treated wastewater systems. 8. Renovating electrical installations. 9. Building pedestrian paths, access routes, and roads. 10. Dismantling external installations that interfere with the project, including sections of sanitary sewage and stormwater manholes, as well as electrical installations. The current capacity of the "Ptaszkowa" wastewater treatment plant is 140 m3/day with a load of 1400 equivalent inhabitants (RLM). After the planned expansion, the plant will be able to handle 5400 RLM and have a capacity of 540 m3/day. The plant must operate continuously at 100% load throughout the contract period. Eligible contractors must meet specific requirements, including technical and professional qualifications, and must not be excluded from the procurement process. The total value of the contract is approximately 10,794,899.74 PLN.
