Construction and Installation Works for New Social and Integrated Health-Social Services in Nedelino

This contract involves the following activities: - execution of construction and installation works, including the supply of raw materials and materials, mechanization, labor, and all services and activities necessary for the completion of the construction, in accordance with the approved technical project and quantity account; - activities for putting the facility into operation; - warranty responsibility for the periods of the warranty terms offered by the Contractor for the various types of construction and installation works, facilities, and construction sites, in accordance with the conditions and requirements of Regulation No. 2 of 31.07.2003 for the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities, and construction sites. An investment project has been approved for the facility, and building permits have been issued. The full scope of the public procurement for each of the separated positions is described in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation.
