Procurement of Various Wood Construction Materials

The contracting authority (CA) is initiating a public procurement procedure under the dynamic purchasing system created for the procurement of "Processed Wood Products" (EKR002090722024) in accordance with Section 107 (7) of the Public Procurement Act. The total net framework amount for the procurement of processed wood products is 19,668,186 HUF, which includes a net base amount of 15,141,021 HUF with a call obligation and an additional net amount of 4,527,165 HUF without a call obligation. The procurement is divided into two parts: 1. Eastern Hungary with a total net framework amount of 8,936,477 HUF, and 2. Western Hungary with a total net framework amount of 10,731,709 HUF. The CA operates the dynamic purchasing system electronically through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EKR), where all communication between the CA and bidders is conducted electronically. Any economic operator that meets the eligibility criteria set by the CA can join the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration. All applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system, provided they are not excluded from the procedure according to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. There is no limit on the number of applicants invited to submit bids, so the CA will invite all registered applicants to submit offers for each public procurement.
