The procurement involves the energy renovation of the Fire Station building in Slavonski Brod, in accordance with the cost estimate, contract proposal, and project documentation attached as part of the procurement documentation. The energy renovation project aims to significantly reduce primary energy consumption, decrease the annual heating energy requirement, and lower harmful CO2 emissions. The renovation will upgrade the building's energy efficiency from class F to class C, achieving a 48% reduction in annual primary energy consumption, a 65% reduction in annual heating energy needs, and a 65% decrease in CO2 emissions. The cost estimate is provided as a separate document in a non-standard format and is an integral part of this procurement documentation. Unit prices for each item in the cost estimate and the total price must be rounded to two decimal places and expressed in EUR. Bidders must not alter the descriptions of the procurement items listed in the cost estimate or modify any columns or content of the cost estimate. The proposed works must fully meet all requirements outlined in the procurement description and the detailed specifications in the cost estimate and project documentation. Bidders are required to provide unit prices for all items in the cost estimate. The unit prices listed will be fixed throughout the contract execution. The works are contracted on a 'turnkey' basis, meaning the contractor is obligated to complete the project in accordance with the principles of integrity and functionality, executing the works as per the contract proposal attached, to meet the conditions of functionality and integrity.
