Road Construction Materials – Asphalt Mixtures

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of asphalt mixtures. The estimated minimum value for the necessary quantities for street repairs in the municipality is 8,380 lei excluding VAT, based on the minimum required quantities. The estimated maximum value for the necessary quantities for street repairs is 2,220,000 lei excluding VAT, based on the maximum required quantities. The framework agreement will last for 24 months from the date of signing by both parties. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers have 20 days to request clarifications before the submission deadline.
