Insurance Services Contract for Publitrans 2000 S.A.

This contract involves a framework agreement for a duration of 12 months to provide various insurance services for Publitrans 2000 S.A. The services include: 1. Mandatory RCA insurance for vehicles owned by Publitrans 2000 S.A. and those to be purchased during the contract period. 2. Optional CASCO insurance for the vehicle fleet of Publitrans 2000 S.A. and for vehicles to be acquired during the contract period. 3. Travel insurance for passengers and their luggage for vehicles in the Publitrans 2000 S.A. fleet and those to be purchased during the contract period. 4. Professional liability insurance for board members. The framework agreement will be established with multiple operators without re-competition, specifically with the first two winning bidders for each of the four lots, based on the ascending order of the offered prices. If the first-ranked bidder cannot fulfill the contract request, the contracting entity will approach the next ranked bidder. Currently, the contracting entity has ongoing framework agreements and subsequent contracts for these types of insurance services. Subsequent contracts will be awarded as needed after the expiration of the current agreements. The estimated minimum value for the largest subsequent contract and the framework agreement for each lot is: 31,000 lei for lot 1; 38,000 lei for lot 2; 50 lei for lot 3; and 40,000 lei for lot 4. The estimated maximum value for the largest subsequent contract for each lot is: 245,000 lei for lot 1; 880,000 lei for lot 2; 12,500 lei for lot 3; and 40,000 lei for lot 4. The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement for each lot is: 570,000 lei for lot 1; 2,600,000 lei for lot 2; 23,000 lei for lot 3; and 40,000 lei for lot 4.
