Advertising and Marketing Services for Oslo School

The Oslo School is seeking a supplier to enter into a framework agreement for advertising and marketing services. This includes content production and media procurement to support the Agency for Education in its mission to ensure that all children and young people acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become self-reliant adults. The selected agency should have a strong understanding of the social mission of the Oslo School and the framework terms of the contracting authority. Experience in engaging with the target audience and stakeholders is essential, as the agency will be involved in ongoing work and campaigns. The Education Agency is looking for a supplier with a team capable of delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that align with our values. The estimated annual value of the contract is between NOK 3-4 million, with a maximum total value of NOK 20 million. For more details, please refer to Annex 1 of SSA-O regarding the assignment.
