Construction of Educational and Administrative Building

The contract involves the design and construction of a modular educational building based on the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) and its attachments, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Law. The project site is located in Gorzów Wielkopolski, within an area designated for urban planning, and is part of a historical site. The scope of work includes the preparation of multi-discipline construction documentation, construction works, necessary connections, and the reconstruction of conflicting networks and installations. Additionally, the contract covers the following: 1) Project Documentation 2) Construction works as per PFU 3) Author supervision 4) As-built documentation 5) Service of embedded devices 6) Connections to the building 7) Delegations related to the acceptance of completed modules.
