The project involves the construction of a new primary school building, which will serve as a northern boundary for the site while opening up to the south with an inviting design. The architecture features layered and calm structures, creating a backdrop against the slope and forming a spacious outdoor area with play and sports facilities. The interior layout is simple, allowing for easy navigation. The entrance hall acts as a distribution zone and can be connected to the dining hall. A large entrance staircase serves as a central communication element and forum for events. The all-day area, with its own outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, connects to the adjacent sports hall, which includes changing rooms in the basement. The sports hall foyer provides a separate outdoor access for evening use. Classrooms are located on the upper floors, forming units with internal communication spaces. Specialized classrooms are centrally located within the building. Cut-out courtyards ensure good lighting and ventilation in the core area. The library serves as the central learning hub. Open corridors provide spaces for communication and learning opportunities. The structural concept is a reinforced concrete skeleton with columns and flat ceilings. Stairwell cores provide stability. Most exterior and interior walls are non-load-bearing, allowing for high flexibility, constructed as wood post-and-beam structures or wood-clad drywall constructions. The external escape balconies are designed as Isokorb constructions (reinforced concrete), with fire safety regulations requiring the first and second escape routes to be externally routed. The basement level recedes under the two-story section compared to the ground floor. The following services are required: - Planning, production, and installation of wood post-and-beam facades with wood window and door elements, approximately 950m² - Delivery and installation of cable-operated vertical awnings as shaft awnings, approximately 750m² - Ventilated facade mounted on reinforced concrete exterior walls with wooden slats, aluminum substructure, and mineral wool insulation, approximately 1100m² - Thermal insulation composite system in the base area made of XPS insulation, approximately 100m².
