This contract involves renovation and restoration works aimed at drying out the foundations and basements, applying vertical and horizontal insulation, draining the building, and protecting it from flooding and capillary water rise in the historic building of the Goczałkowice-Zdrój Health Resort, formerly known as the "Hotel Prezydent" built in 1880, located at Uzdrowiskowa 54, Goczałkowice-Zdrój. The project is funded under the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage Program: "Removing the effects of flooding in registered historic monuments – planned works." The tasks include drying out the basements and foundations after flooding and securing against future moisture. Mechanical drying methods (condensation dryers, heaters) and capillary methods (crystalline injection) will be used, with moisture levels monitored throughout the process. Horizontal insulation (moisture-proof barrier using pressure injection) and vertical insulation (bituminous and mineral coatings) will be installed. The linear drainage system will include a drainage system with perforated pipes and manholes. Damaged wall coverings will be removed using mechanical and hydrodynamic methods, along with the removal of mineral and oil paints. The walls will be cleaned, filled with restoration mortar, and covered with new high-permeability plaster. The basement floors will be redone after removing the damaged layers. The substrate will be properly prepared and secured with moisture-proof insulation using bituminous materials and waterproofing foil, followed by the pouring of a new concrete floor. The renovation will include the application of restoration plasters in the basements. All works will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the conservation officer and building standards. The outcome of the work will be the elimination of moisture, restoration of aesthetics, and permanent protection of the building from further deterioration. The scope of all works is detailed in the bill of quantities – Annex 5 to the SWZ, as well as the technical documentation – Annex 6 and STWiORB, which is Annex 7 to the SWZ.
